This is a smooth washed coffee that is sweet, bright and balanced. We taste milk chocolate, brown sugar and a gentle lime acidity that is perfectly balanced. A very approachable light roast and a continuous favorite on batch brew or pourover here at StillWild.
Coffee Nerd Facts: This beautiful coffee is produced by CoopeTarrazú, a cooperative of over 3,500 farms in the San Juan region. A strictly hard bean (translation: good), it is grown between 1,300 and 1,900 MASL. The Caturra and Catuai varietal beans are sun dried and then washed.
