Coffee Nerd Facts: Produced by ACODIHUE, a massive co-op in Huehuetenango, Guatemala (say that 3x fast) this coffee is comprised of 5 varietals (Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Maragogype, Pache). Grown between 1,400 and 2,200 MASL, this classic Guatemala delivers the goods, cup after cup. We roast this to 413 degrees Farenheit for an easy medium profile that provides plenty of punch.
